The Smith family members travelled to the airport via a highway by means of a car. Mr. Marian Smith was slowing down as he was coming to an intersection when suddenly the individuals in the vehicle felt a violent jolt as the driver behind them did not keep a safe distance and slammed in to the rear of the Smith’s family car.
